Training
We offer comprehensive training through our Centre of Excellence (CFE) program.
Sessions take place each month at our London Bridge office.
Client service
- Each subscribing company receives the support of a dedicated client-service team, which will keep subscribers up to date with the latest developments, advise on various analysis methodologies, address training needs, and otherwise make sure that maximum value is derived by each client. Our support executives have worked throughout the media and brand industries and have extensive experience and expert knowledge.
TGI website client section
- The client section of the TGI website – with frequently asked questions, product brochures, news of all the latest developments, and reference documents (i.e. glossaries of industry terminology) – is a useful resource for subscribers.
Questionnaire changes
- TGI welcomes client proposals for additions to or deletions from its questionnaires. The online questionnaire suggestions facility makes it easy to suggest possible changes. Guidelines and timetables for suggestions are available in the client section of the website.
